I wold not attend tonight and probbably next week
Hi gents,
My map-developing activities are preventing me from flying with you tonight and, maybe for next weeks(months?)...
...I have to choose between flying or map-making...
...usually I do this (map-making) on the times apart of our evenings, but as was about to finish one of my maps, I've dicovered that my game?map?settings?=something is not working propparely...
I am really upsad, because the explanatoons in the "read me file" for the Zuti 1.1.2 are very simple, but it does not work implemented (atlist not for me=Idiot).
there are several things going wrong like:
-the MDS-window in the FMB is not closing (once opened)
-the MDS-bar in the Edit drop-down is not shown anymore
-the capture of the base by opposite forces does not working (altough it is ajusted like descrived in the Zutis "read me")
-the planes I've added to one of the base are avaliable for every one, but not all are avaliable for me!
all that bugs I have since updating to the 1.12 Version of Zutis mod...
I dont know whom I can ask to recive some support on this issues, so I'll take my time to join the forums, contact Zuti or other developers.
I want to figure out what is happenned to my game and go on making the maps, but together with attendance on the regular flying evenings it would be just too mutch...
Anyway, the most of the time I was present online, the numbers of those attending were quite low, so I do have developed some kind of complex like "I have to be there in any case, because without me thre are not enough players". But now, as there is a need for me to learn more about this "every week changing mods", to be able to keep on going with the map- creations, I have to get reed of this complex.
On the other hand, I feeel like the current group has tendence of fragmentation ( I mean the fragmentation of the pursuited interests, like jabo/fighter-staffel-issues, foregin-language-staffel, etc.) instead of reunification under the "New Big Name JG54".
So as a conclusion I'll close my "flying career" for a while and piont my attention on the "ground duties".
I do not have an Idea how long this process is going to take...
thats why I want to be out of JG54 (because I can not say how frequent my attendance will be in the next future and I want to avoide collision wit the upcoming ROC).
One day I'll reapplay to Geschwader, but for my non-active period of time, I'll be =Kotcheryga= just to avoide any missunderstandings related to the "old members"-issue in the new foundated squad (like the people who is eventually going to join our squad while my inactive-time should not be confronted with some "exeptions", made for some "old member".

Another sad day for JG54. Good luck Kotch with the Map making. it takes loads of time to create these and frustrating when it doesn't play out when you think it is finished. I know this feeling well.

Hence all the votes I have posted, time to get something 'on paper' so to speak, so that we can move on and start forming JG54. The ideas and comments I see as the foundation of where members and things would like to go. Once these ideas are in place, I see the results and direction being more clear for everyone.
The other languages, at this stage, will most likely be placed in the structure for others of that language to join in their native 'Tongue'. New guys can look, see what they have to do and eventually picture and place themselves in a staffel that suits them best.
The sooner everyone places a vote or objection or opinion , the sooner we can form JG54 and move on to the next stage. But we wait. as usual!
Anyways, I know I am not online often these days, not my choice unfortunately, but I will miss being shot down by the the eagle eyed Ukranian.

I respect your decision though I don´t quite understand it. I also don´t understand why you talk about fragmentation, when 2 members state that they would like to drop bombs a bit more and want to wear the according tag for it. I don´t see a fragmentation there.
As for the different languages, we are talking about visions for times when having bigger numbers of members here and we are not that everyone needs sit in his own channel thought often enough our coms get criss cross when we are 6+ in one channel.

ur not inactive if u say that u want have time to fly for a week or longer. so there is no need for giving up your sign, mainly if your spend your time with buliding maps for jg54.

for me there is no collision as u sad u will take a brake. i think the coc blueprint sees it the same way.
i will be very unhappy to not see u for a while.

...probbably I did get it wrong wiht the frequence of attendance, as I 've got the impression that it is the one of the major issues by the establishment of the new rules...
It was meant just like an insurance:
-i know that I would not be so frequent online as it is reqiured...
-missing so the "time of the new buiginn", I just wanted to keep to the equality-princip, so thjat any eventual new member is not going to get the feeling that the suspected "old member" has some rights for an "exeption".
I dont want to give up my sighn (assotiation wit the group)...
...it was just an idea how I could stay correct regarding the structure/rules-change expected to happen while I'am away.
I would be happy to keep my sighn, in case the new COC allowing it under described surcomstances.
@Traut: I was going to contact you anyway, for the langauge-support by the map-development, but if you'll miss my opposition in the air too mutch, I'll do my best to appear from time to time
