I guess with a PPL/VFR Licence you can drive it. The license is no problem cause you can get one with less than 9000 euro (at least here).
And for maintenance people no problem either cause I know some nice guys. The problem is the initial cost plus the cost of spare parts. If you count that you need 15000 euro for overhaul of a single piston engine (150 hp) like Aerospatialte TB-9, I cant imagine how much will cost that horse power animal....But if i had the money I will sure spent it in something like this!!

PS: but i will contact that guy to get some inside view of the hole thing...

I'm referring to Greece.....Next time you come for vacations you might consider that cause Megara General Aviation Field is only 40 km from Korinthos...and the weather here is much more suitable for VFR flights
